Honestly Danbury would be a decent option as a close option that FMR already renovated to suit us. Plus actual food is a walk across the street or down the block.

Well AI is coming for so many dev jobs.

And the number of people who don’t seem to realize the their livelihood blows my mind.

In an AI first dev workshop with my team this week. Lots of devs pretty much sleeping through it. They’re going to wake up on a plane back to India tomorrow. This is happening so fast no one can predict how or when the seismic shift will come. But it’s coming.

There will be a lot more deals available in NC and Texas soon.
