In the earnings call Intuit said they tried to sell MC but haven't found a buyer who offered the right price yet. They also said there are not going to invest further in MC.
FWIW, that square footage would only be a portion of the building, and I think there is still some space that has never been occupied. But certainly possible they would consolidate some of our floors.
