so have they officially eliminated opps for contribution statements and feedback from peers (things that supposedly used to mean a lot). any office notice of the change in performance management or is this a big steamroll?

i mean we still had to submit a check in and received a rating, even though 'it didn't count for anything', but 'no mid-year this year'

there weren't midyears years ago and things were just fine. I don't remember having to waste time writing a "mid-year" 2 months after goals were decided until after COVID.
