Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I couldn't care less about this job or this company

I gave up hoping it would ever get better, or that my role would see any meaningful improvement or progression. I just hope the job market improves in the foreseeable future so we can all find better options. One thing I'm sure of - I will never work for a big corporation again, if I can help it.

@as optimal work environments differ for every person. It’s not a one size fits all model. Some better in the office, some better at home. Make the choice that works best for you. As long as you deliver results why does it matter where you are? #ActualRealTalk

@at so sick of you saying this, you’re a fu-king looooozah. You can only reference a one off 1% corner case that in reality never happens. How about some new content? Or is that the only same one single tired excuse you will keep using?

End 5x RTO so I can get my Costco and golfing in.

“All they have to do is end 5x RTO and return to hybrid and things would turn around over night.”

Get serious. Employees with attitudes like this will not improve performance if WFH comes back. #RealTalk

Me neither. I just want two years and then I'll retire. Until then I'll do bare minimum.

All they have to do is end 5x RTO and return to hybrid and things would turn around over night. There’s too much of a focus on RTO and treating employees like prisoners. People want and deserve flexibility. We’re not children and 99% of us are fully capable of completing our duties from home or the office. Leave it up to personal choice. Why would anyone want to work in the environment they provide? The culture is sh!t.

90+% of us are right there with you. Just waiting to move on or retire. This place has really gone downhill fast over the last 5 years.
