change the year and same story. new strategy team with zero clinical skills touring 2 centers then claiming expertise to completely cut staff and rushes a new work process.....which fails again. then this team blames the few left who tried to say um we did this 1, 2 and 3 years ago and it did not work then. beyond demoralizing, but of course, execs dont care bc they made millions off of over testing poor people. And why hire social workers, mental health and enough nurses when you can always con poor elderly?

CW problem is TOXIC LEADERSHIP
New program new strategy team unrelenting fails. When will they learn? Execs don’t care, talk down to support staff & keep getting more money and promotions. CW patients needs Social Work, many in that population couldn’t live without it. Keep doing what you’re doing strategy execs and dig another program to its grave.
