Offset by a pay rise ????? Most managers are on 30-60% of salary as an ICP bonus which can double depending on performance. VPs can earn 250-300K as salary and as much again as a bonus then there’s their share options and share incentives
And then there’s the presidents

Wasn’t the drop in bonus partially or fully offset in nearly all cases by a pay increase? Better to have the guaranteed money I would think.
