This will evolve into teams competing against each other, crushing the little amount of cross-team collaboration that remains. The only outcome in one asset company, upper leadership adding layers to cover their behinds.
I think the re-org is going to be field management and down based off the new creation of the Area Manager position. Give it a couple of years and we’ll reorganize away from this….again
