The weakness is Agility Rank #316 and Talent Readiness #245, which keep Capital One from ranking with the broader financial-services leaders. The data suggests Capital One is one of the more technology-forward banks, with credible AI and innovation capability. Strategically, it looks better positioned than most banks for data-driven financial services, but it still carries the institutional drag of a regulated banking model.
