@kr very true. We have been through this cycle before. Everyone loves globalism until globalism comes for you personally and throws you out on your a-s.
No roles were replaced by AI. AI destroyed the budget and management made up the difference the; nly way they know how. This is true for every company. They will have to get people back to actually do the work. It will be easier because AI will get much cheaper in the next couple of years.

We should be colonizing these dysfunctional countries like we used to, the flow of infinity browns to America is a failed social experiment at this point.
