Worst culture. No ethics. Body shaming, talk bad about other cultures, harassing juniors, contract workers, women. Comment bad in front of others about their skills and work. No appreciation at all. No satisfaction. Even if you work 9+ hours at office, you’ve to work on weekends and nights to finish the work assignments. No agile methodology used. Sometimes no stories - just do whatever the senior staff says. No mixed culture - they’re scared to hire other culture people. Very very bad

Public shaming is the norm in GBS.
Only the sh-t talent stays. All the good talent has left or is leaving. The job market isn’t bad for the good employees who have connections.
Leave then, you sound miserable
I mean the work culture is going to get even more toxic. Specially if the leaders with no moral compass or compassion.
Fiscam misuses agile as an excuse to pressure associates into working extra roles plus extra hours... Total disorganized MESS.
