Largely inefficient organization with mediocre talent. Would save a lot of money by replacing them with interns or AI. Lots of managers with little substance.

Still way too many middle managers with 2-5 direct reports, or remote in random places. WF always gets halfway into cleaning house before it gets distracted. E.g. spans and layers, no no HUB locations, no what about DEI, ok now what?

It's part of his twisted plan to fire people. Tell them they can go to their kids soccer game this summer and then fire them at the end of the year for not being 100% RTO at the end of the year.

I don't trust him and I wouldn't put it past him to be that diabolical. All of our Sr. Executives are psychopathic enough to actually think this is a good idea to cut headcount and not have to pay severance
