I ripped my manager in a respectful way, but it was just the truth I didn’t sugar coat anything. My manager has been MIA for the last two months. Doesn’t really support our team.
I honestly just shook my head and ignored it, because what’s the point. Seriously
It was three of the normal questions that are in rotation (Do you feel supported, etc.) and then 3-5 questions about Mission Simplify. Including this surreal one: "Do you feel that Mission Simplify is being managed well?"
I skipped the normal questions and gave Mission Simplify straight zeros since negative numbers weren't options.
