Accenture Updates

Many at TIAA-CREF who are familiar with the deal that they inked with Accenture a couple of yrs ago, are stating things are not going

One TIAA commentator says quote:

“There was no legitimate transformative purpose, except to hire more offshore (India) for cheap labor. It's a mess here at TIAA.”

It’s a mess ! Just think, before the 2024 agreement, TIAA had been working with Accenture for years before, but the new deal has not panned out and there are delays, errors, slowdowns, outright abandoning of activity. This, and combined with earlier posters stating Indians work slower & only do 50 % of the work the Americans.

Word to Rich, Malarki, & the Boca Ex VP: Hire Accenture. W/No knowledge. 50% of the pay, and 50% of the work productivity. Then factor in client defections & the real net benefit is a big $0.00

here is a new post on the TIAA board providing a balance view of the current issues TIAA has with Accenture. Is the Mutual of America Board & C-Suite aware of these problems ?

"Anyone who knows this company at an operations level knew this wasn’t going to happen. Accenture is outstanding at standardizing and automating workflows. When you have a million different plan rules that have their own rules standardization goes out the window and everything becomes very difficult very quickly.

Now we’ve lost a good chunk of the people who actually knew what we were doing making it even more difficult for them to figure out what to do. I feel sorry for everyone still around trying to deal with this."
