TM mentioned in my 1x1 from one of their meetings with the SM that the additional in office time is having the intended effect/results and believes that because of this "success" more time in office will come sooner rather than later. Could be nothing but I thought it was interesting to say the least.

At this point i can reliably trust our "leaders" to do whatever causes the most turnover and creates the least pleasant work environment.
haha....I can't help but laugh at all you chumps who stay at SF. I left a while back and love working from home with my new employer. No risk (at this point) of being forced back into an office, better pay, more competent leadership make this the best decision I've ever made. Oh, and I'm not in Claims. Do yourself a favor and get out of there.....there are a lot better companies out there who will actually value your contributions and treat you with respect and dignity.
Yeah lots of talent is aware of this and exploring roles with competitors that do offer WFH, or at least a fair WFH where your allowed to move ect.
SF has an awful system that punished people who stuck with the company during the rabid office closures from 2015-COVID where executives couldnt rid themselves of their offices fast enough, now since its clear the employees want WFH, time to 180 it and give them more office time....i mean whatever makes them less happy right?
Had I decided not to move at my own expense ages ago, id be 100% WFH and happy.
every week it seems less and less reason to stick around for a whole career at this company. Like could our executives at least pretend they want human workers?
Yes unfortunately that is the sad news! With all the people leaving from U/W and 600 Fire CS and 85 Fire TMs jobs moving to Prox, there is going to be more than enough room to bring in everyone each week. Plus they need more people to leave. State Farm is pure trash! What I still can't figure out is why so many people that hate working at State Farm and knows what kind of just total trash it is, still has their insurance with SF? Cancel your policies, tell your family and friends to cancel their policies and he-l bring it up to random strangers and tell them to cancel their policies! The day that place goes out of business the better off it will be!
Everyone returns to the office in 2027 unless they designated “remote.” There is no more speculation…..

Yes d-mb f-ck Farney stopped the whole it's about the people BS...that didn't fly anymore and rolling out Ed didn't sway opinions. Now with finally giving to the agents and a lot more to come to sc--w the employees over! They figure no reason to even hide anymore. Execs are sending all of leadership through change management classes...AKA... bending over a little further and take a couple more inches and like it!
Please understand that every single thing State Farm is doing is designed to make you miserable and leave! One single purpose. They've really even stopped trying to some degree to even hide who they are and what they are trying to do. They see you as disposable trash, less than human! Worthless.....I've been in leadership for over 30 years and this is the worst I have ever seen. If you could hear some of the comments that are made about the workforce in some of these leadership meetings it would be beyond your belief. Leave this evil place, quickly!
