Most of the people are oblivious. They don’t answer directly to customers and are fed bs because everyone is in survival mode.
Yep… we’ve found out that having ZERO long-term vision is not sustainable
I wish I could upvote this statement a thousand times.
Because of “owning their career”, “leaders” think and act for the short term. What improves the “leaders”t ability to receive a bigger pay raise and bonus? Almost none of these pay raises will be for the mid- to long-term sustainability of this company.
