Thread regarding Fannie Mae layoffs

One year ago today

One year ago today I was laid off. It still stings especially when remote team members are still employed while I was going into the office as required. Favoritism continues to be alive and well at Fannie.

I was laid off about a year ago and so much happier in my new job, even with a minor pay cut. I don't miss the toxicity AT ALL.

Yes.. I also got laid off in this December as a contractor and my lead did all her favoritism to just save her buddy who don’t know anything technical but still few there. Lead who also doesn’t know anything , I was all surprise how she get into this company because of regional group idk
Or what don’t know. But last year she also promoted to manger by her fake skills. So, worst company or worst team I worked in my 13 years IT career.

Fannie has poor management and too many layers of IT. Favortism will always exist.

@ah I agree with this completely. People just look miserable these days. You can see it on their faces each day. Be happy to have something else to do.
