Now that PIP week is over, I'm curious about one thing:
Did anyone between the ages of 52 and 55 get placed on a PIP or terminated?

@ay they trash people like there is no tmr.
It's always after the July 4 th holiday...... it will be dropping soon... the work is already in..... now it's time to crush the folks that have gave heart and soul to the company, and now you older and gave it all.... time to flush you down the drain, and destroy what's left of your dignity and pride and leave you with a end of career feeling that you are worthless and your work is meaningless..... trust me ..... from someone gave them all my years and heart and soul and then throw you away like garbage.... it's hard to swallow..... but hold your head high and know it's not personal.... it's business.... not the company I signed up for all those years ago, but it's what it's become
Every week is PIP week from now until August, may the odds ever be in your favour.
It’s not over, the MLRP goto for supervisors isn’t even activated yet, it hasn’t even started yet.
