Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

I’ve heard that IT might be sabotaging themselves and pretending to have problems just to fix them and keep their jobs

I don't think the GCC is intelligent enough to successfully carry out your dastardly plan. My interactions with them has been that they only follow a script and are otherwise not trained. Told them once how to solve my issue, they could not do that until they read through the required script. Took 4 hours. Actual fix time was less than 3 minutes with a higher level person with sufficient access permission.

interacted with them and its worse than you imagined. you get transferred to multiple people and you have to explain again what the problem was. read the ticket for crying out loud. such a waste of time and money

GCC IT is truly incompetent enough to be causing these issues organically, but also keep their jobs because we fired everyone else who could fix it.
