If you are an AVP and can’t get your words out with crisp and clear speaking, why do you get to WFH? WFH at the exec level should be reserved for top performers. Change my mind.

I think we have too many execs that are good at nothing but public speaking as it is
How did those AVPs and other leaders do it, making it to the summit, they don't seem to deserve it. USAA is just unreal, unbelievable! Unacceptable!
