How long will the BoD hide, and ignore the fact that Ole Danny Boy and his id--t CFO sidekick are running this company to the ground? We obviously overpaid for spectrum, the stock is tanking, $700M loss being booked in Q2, non-existent CEO who only comes around to cough, drink coffee, and get millions in pay. He’s totaly absent and Alphonso is the one in charge, and he doesn’t know if he’s a badger, a kangaroo, or a lion. The BoD should be charged with negligence!!!

I think Verizon leadership (top brass) knows something is coming and they are not telling us. It could be Starlink offering cell service. And you are also correct, Verizon bought Frontier back (and overpaid for it). It was and is old technology vs. what Starlink has available.
You are missing the point why Dannyboy was made CEO. He was never expected to run the company - I mean sure, he asked Perplexity for both a love poem for his wife and for a business plan for a telco company, but really, what did you expect.
But the only reason our beloved cowboy with the empathy of your average serial ki-ler was given the job, was to cut 25+k people from the payroll and to sell a bunch of other assets. So once he's done with that, he'll take his millions and go back to being a psychopath elsewhere, while the real CEO comes in who after two years with Dannyboy will seem like a visionary genius and people will fall all over themselves how much better things are...
