Heartland Gulf OD Bias Has Created Toxic Culture

Our OD’s bias has created a toxic culture work environment. His comments about people on our team and those that support our team are sickening. He is NEVER willing to give anyone a fair chance cause of what he hears from others and what he perceives. He is NEVER is willing to listen to other opinions and thoughts. Our OD will never be held accountable for his bias and comments that are toxic.

If he is breaking the company's Code of Business Conduct, you can submit an anonymous complaint to the Ethics Committee. In turn, they raise the issue(s) w/ the employee's manager. Whether that manager takes action or not is another matter, but it might make you feel better just complaining about him. BTW, your complaint does not need to be anonymous, if you want to provide a list of complaints and examples of toxic behavior. It's the Ethic Committee's job to listen, empathize & take action.

He lives outside of the operation. He wants others fired and does not like to be questioned. It is his way only. ODs are never fired regardless of their poor performance. They claim they have such more responsibility but they work half the time. Tell me when an OD has been fired. As an AE in a region in that operation, he is not a leader but only a numbers manager that AI can do so LR him as he provides no value.
