Manager survey

Does this even matter?

Also I'm curious does this survey go to all associates? Or does the manager select a few designated pets who take the survey (which doesn't seem accurate as I am far from a pet lol)

My manager despises me because I ask him tough questions instead of having a "yes sir" person

I had a manager who got one of the worst results for this survey at the company one year. She still has her job but that year she didn’t get a bonus.

Is it better to take the survey and give high marks regardless (as I’m sure we are put in a list if we give low marks) or just not take it all?

This feedback is to identify whose names to be added in the upcoming layoffs and to drive conformance.. Best of luck folks, this survey will determine whether you stay or not, better to drink to coolaid of svp's and a0's

It doesn’t actually matter for bonus. It’s just a way to find the problem managers, but even still, no one really does anything about them. Where tf is the pulse survey!?!? That’s what I want to fill out.

@OP I question the anonymity of it as I received an email to me specifically stating that I have yet to complete the survey. I personally am tired of taking surveys etc. and have enough to do throughout my workday that I really do not want to take more time out of day on some bs survey. Is it just me or does Fidelity seem to be behaving more and more juvenile. The managers' leader should be observing and critiquing their subordinate. No doubt this could cause friction if the manager knew who responded which way.

It does kind of matter. It goes to every one of the manager’s reports automatically. They can’t exclude people but they could add people whose work they supervise even if they don’t technically manage those people.

It does get incorporated into their year end review. The info is brought into Workday for their manager to see. And they’ll be asked to identify their lowest rated areas to work on.

You should fill it out. Be honest and fair, but be careful with your open-end text responses so it doesn’t sound like only you could have written it.
