Hmm. the stock has returned a -1.8% YTD through 7/1st (1/2 - $381.96, 6/30- $378.92) yet Udat received $14 million in total compensation, a 25% increase from the prior year.

Good riddance. Impact (managed by Globoforce) is a sh---y platform. When you redeem points or term of service gifts, it counts as income. We all pay taxes on the income. The funny part is that the taxes were similar to the cost for the item which I selected. Globoforce uses the highest MSRP globally to set the redemption rates for products. Try it yourself, establish a value per point on gift cards and then look at the cost the platform is charging for specific products. It is criminal. If I'm paying taxes, just give me cash. That way I can afford to get stuff that I need not some cr-ppy off-brand stuff.
But they mentioned the great culture so at least we still have that.
