Does anyone have any insight on what is going on in Midstream! The uncertainty of where leadership is going to land and how that will affect the way that things are currently operating

Bill Johns0n quit over lack of direction from the top. A lot of poor leadership
Some times the leadership plans 5 to 10 years in the future. Some times I wish some people would do the same. But we all make mistakes, the only one that is perfect the one up-stares! (God & Jesus).
For those that aren’t in midstream - can you give more detail on the uncertainty and what is going on?
