Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

How many sick hours is required for the day to not count for in-office?

Woke up sick today. Would like to get some stuff done but definitely shouldn't go in and spread it around.

@OP I don’t blame you in the least for asking the question, but what a d-mb policy the bank has instituted that would lead us to have to worry about such stupidity.

@aa this may be dependent on salary grade, but the bank will add an additional PTO day under the 'My Holiday' category.

4 hours.
In July you will need to take two sick days to drop your in office days down.
13.8 days in office with no sick/vacation taken, 13.2 with one day taken, so you need to take two days to actually drop your in office reporting in July.
They sc--wed us by counting July 3 in office.

4 hours. Check the article on the hr page called Working in the Office: In-Office attendance and reporting (global). It's stated in the frequently asked questions.
