How are exit interviews going today?

my experience was May of 2025, I was offered a position in Dallas but was willing to relocate on my dime I was a Technical Director with over 25 years of service. I had a top rating and recently earned connection award too. My exit was scheduled for 10AM via Outlook Meeting Invite, my AVP was in Atlanta. She didn’t show up for our scheduled call. I reached directly to her cell. She was working from home and it sounded like she was washing dishes. Our discussion was less than 2 minutes. with no apology, I closed my laptop for the last time in that call. Total Lack of Respect.
22 years, and I didn't even get any calls from my Leadership chain. Nothing. Just the stock email on how to return any equipment. What Exit Interview?
My exit interview was nothing more than confirming all the paperwork had been completed. Not a waste of time but not the opportunity to talk about reasons for leaving or understanding the employees point of view to make improvements to the company like most other companies do.
Waste of time. Management is under a "it is what it is" mentality, and nothing you say will make a difference.
Let them sink.
Always decline an exit interview. It does not benefit the employee .
What exit interview. My director sent her minions to do her dirty work. No exist interview just a teams message from a random AD telling me how to send my assets back.
WTF? My manager didn’t give a sh-t what I thought. Get off payroll as fast as possible.
I did not get one in Channel.... hahahahahahaha I have about 3 or 4 laptops, three phones and a Ipad.... This place is something.... Be careful about "Data Leakage"... Arrested and life in "Super Max".....

Just a paperwork to sign and that includes your eligibility of unemployment. Less than 5 mins im out in the office
Cordial call but Some conflicting information about equipment returns- said ok to return everything with laptop when dropping at UPS but documents outline separate addresses for badge and secure card.
Mine was great. Gave it to them on RTO for everyone who’s left.
