Agree with the general tenor of this thread, the rot is coming from the top of the house, once you get 2-3 layers below the OCC, people are mostly just in survival mode trying to wait out the storm like the rest of us.

One of my favorite things ever is when I speak truth to power during the morning huddle and my "teammates" clam up only to tell me how much they agreed with me later on when managers and team leads are safely out of earshot.

Pretty much the same. Outside HY it's people who are being people. Some good, some truly horrific, most just trying to survive to do it again and again, and again. Time is a flat circle.

@aa Same here, except for that one non-executive narcissist in Corporate Risk (CRO) who bullies and te--orizes everyone. But yeah almost everyone else seems fine to me. Lots of good people here somehow.

I really have no hate for anyone outside the executives. I've run into some real knuckle heads, but the only truly evil people I see around here are the HY class.
