Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

LISTEN UP

I'm leaving Humana and I'm going to expose something going on right now that people need to know about. Several upper management employees are in really hot water at c-well. There is a lawsuit from a previous manager where her medical records were accessed when she was on medical leave from her job. All of them are scrambling around like roaches trying to point fingers at each other and place blame on a director that isn't even there anymore. I have the proof and will be giving it to who I need to as soon as I'm out of here. This place is crazy bonkers

@w9 Do not answer this person’s question.

I think it is obvious this is not an innocent inquiry from one of your peers.

Keep your cards hidden until you are ready to call.

@OP - How did she find out her medical records were released?

If this is true I hope you follow through. Leaders like GS have been allowed to ruin CW and he has finally been removed from his role but needs to be removed from the company. He has lacked integrity and abused his authority for his own benefit.

@dg thank you. This happened a year ago and I'm no longer emotional about it. I'm out for blood.

Hopefully someone in news media visits these sites on a regular basis and has the fortitude and moral compass to not be paid off to write about these corporations corrupt actions.

To all, please whistleblow every chance you get!

Just a quick note, as an aside, there are employment attorneys that will only charge you only if/when they win monies for you.

Also, almost 100%, if not 100%, of the time, Humana and all of these large corporations will settle outside of court. Not worth their time, money, and effort to do otherwise.

@ba Be careful not to show your cards unnecessarily and too soon. Just let your attorney’s actions take place. Then, at the end, if you attorney gives you permission and guidance as to what you can share or not share, go from there. Just trying to give you some, hopefully, good advice to not allow emotional words in here to undo what actions your attorney may be working on. Unfortunately, legal things take lots if time and patience. But in the end it will be worth it.

@b4 I have an attorney and I believe this post may be about me. I don't know how to reach the poster to confirm. If you have dirt, you need to blow the whistle.

If you decide to get an attorney, please post here since I have enough dirt on upper level leaders including a SVP to bury them.
