I received top performance ratings in 2 of the last 5 years, and I’ve always been a self-motivated person.
These days, I have had very little energy or motivation to work. It feels like I’m just doing enough to keep the boat afloat.
Is anyone else losing interest or feeling disengaged because of all the uncertainty and instability in the company?

I started disengaging during a certain exec's delirious, incoherent, coffee-breath-spiced ramblings, and especially after his embarrassing appearance at Davos sent him into hiding

Although in recent times, the deeply damaging and unredeemable changes trace back to the "strategic partnershit" with HCL
What is this 'work' thing you are talking about? Do you mean hang out on TheLayoff and LinkedIn?
Lost it a few years ago it's just worse now.
