Does anyone know any credible info about St.Louis? There are constant rumors it is getting shut down while others just say the site is reducing its footprint?

@b0 and he HATES the St Louis campus
@f7 no you didn't or your contact is full of cr-p. There is no exit plan.
I’ve heard from a managing director that there is an exit plan for the St. Louis market. Can’t comment with complete certainty, but I have heard the rumor at least myself as well
St. Louis used to be a beautiful campus during the AGE days. Unfortunately, it's not in the best part of town.
Is St. Louis where the infamous malfunctioning soft serve ice cream machine is?
In St Louis, you gain street creed for preforming drive-bys not for working boring banking jobs
The STL campus is being stripped down to bare bones. Just look at the landscaping, trees cut down and no new flowers or plantings this spring. They were actually pulling out the last of the tall grasses from their beds in the courtyard and along the street. So sad.
St. Louis, often cited as the most dangerous major city in America, has a violent crime rate of 2,813 per 100,000 residents. Homic--e rates are among the highest in the nation, especially in neighborhoods affected by poverty and gang activity. Law enforcement strategies have included community policing and anti-violence programs, but crime remains a significant challenge.
Salt Lake City is next, I haven’t heard anything about STL besides rumors
Look at the job postings for STL. That will tell you everything you need to know. COO will be gone by 2027.
@ad there really isn't a true HQ for WFA anymore. Technically, Sol is the head of WFA and he's still in NY.
The campus isn't going anywhere and isn't really changing for awhile. I'd say at least 5 years. If you're in WIM, you'll be safe. But other orgs like Ops, COO in general are not for the long haul in STL.
There really isn't a market to sell one of the buildings much less the entire campus.
Hicks don’t mix with politics. And the pizza in STL su-ks.
If you’re in STL your days are numbered and they are going to lay you off or fire you very soon. CAO/COO announced they’re exiting by Q4 2027, and Advisors already moved their HQ from STL to west palm beach.
