Two months ago Dhivya and her all India team were leading an all hands town hall talking about how many people to be replaced with AI and today she takes $15 million after Lyons takes a multiple of that and hits the road.

How typical? How sick. But nothing new here.

lol I saw this post yesterday and it had like 2 comments and 15 likes. I’m surprised that so many CU and banks actually commenting on it. They all are making some great point specifically around not being able to innovate for a long time, not being a meritocracy company. The strategic uncertainty is the visible. The stuff we deal with day to day — can’t turn around a basic config in under 2 months we’re scheduled projects stretching to 2029, teams stretched without clear direction, no real sense of who owns what. Let alone complex AI projects. I feel like the team structure is way complicated. Like it was put together by one of the big4 consulting firms which look good in theory but not practical. I see clients are frustrated and so are we on the ground. Except for the EVP/SVP who are absolutely clueless as usual. They like to talk big and not solve any problems.
