A coworker of mine said he was sent a random employee experience pulse survey. Do you think they’re looking at him to possibly add him to the list?

So out of touch when you take pay and benefits from staff and ask, "How are we doing" Almost seems like someone wants to show how positive, happy and engaged offshore employees are compared to the USA staff.
A survey about a survey we are forced to lie due to fear of retaliation. WTF is wrong with this company. They talk about culture constantly. Pure gas lighting
Sh--Charity from UHC Tech made a post about culture and how his team scored so highly. Yeah right.. nobody likes him, his VPs and directors. Survey means nothing when people are afraid to provide honest feedback.
I found it hilarious when our Director asked us to be transparent and not give "neutral" answers for the Employee Experience Survey, yet they find it acceptable to give out scores of "3" (neutral - Meets Expectations) for our annual reviews.
That irony was not lost on me.
i ignore all those surveys. I only fill one out if my manager comes begging we need participation. then fill out hard to say 3 on every question never fill out free form text and done
No, this isn’t unusual.
There’s details on Sparq that the survey started yesterday and it says it’s a random sample of 75k global employees. I can’t guarantee any current intentions, but I’ve seen these one off surveys in the past and no issue.
How would it be a trap? Is this different than standard EXI?
got one too
Maybe they are just trying to get your DNA?
Would not fill that out it’s a trap
@OP Most likely. That's how they do it by sending random surveys.
I got one too
