A major reorganization is coming for the SPSE team. Leadership is unhappy that too many employees don’t have clearly defined responsibilities or measurable deliverables.

I’m not surprised at all. Moving SF under architecture was a mistake from the start,there appears to be a disconnect in leadership accountability and direction
Sounds like the right thing to do in that situation.
