I think managers get their rankings first, and then they start the performance harassment communication. Ours starts next week.

@tb when you supervisor or manager gets around to it. Generally if you are MLRP they’ll try to tell you as early as they can to get the MLRP (PIP or PIL) going.
@s0 read the policy, NI if less than 5 years with company = MLRP
When will they release the results
@rd anyone knows why are NIs also impacted? Thought the ki-l would be for NSIs
@pk which organization?
Supv/Mgrs have been instructed to communicate MLRP (NSI/NI) to affected employees no later than August 30th. May be a few days before they can start, there are emails and training sessions in the coming days.
Not all companies, but most, align their performance cycles with the fiscal year ,rankings, salary treatment, everything. XOM, meanwhile, drags people through this drawn‑out, borderline harassing performance cycle. The annual layoff roulette hits sometime in July, but they still make sure every “record” is polished by year‑end, squeezing as much as they can out of all people before the new year rolls in.
Received mine the week of July 6th
PDS results really don't matter (unless you wind up NI/NSI). You can be Outstanding and still receive no raise. The conversation that matters is the salary treatment.
I always wonder what would be a PDS process for DW and must that be occurring.
Scheduled for next week
Results are posted in your Supervisor’s Career Connect but there is confusion about when communications can start.
Hurried to complete the PDS and provide KO feedback to many others because this year was supposed to be expedited. Joke's on us ...again.
Boss said they were doing on Vacay - so no news till Aug….
The new system was sold to employees to have early feedback.
HR managed to sc--w that up as well
It's another of the great mysteries at XOM.
Employees spend hours on their PDS, knowledgeable others, etc. earlier in the year. (nonproductive time to the share holders)
Only to have to wait months to find out where they land. (probably a great time to work on that resume)
When July does arrive there is no clear date communicated from HR. This only adds to the confusion and anxiety being experienced by the company's workers.
If that doesn't lead to productivity and pride in your company I'm not sure what will.
Sounds like next week. Haven’t heard much the last few weeks on the reorg. How’s that going. Everyone get moved already?
