Dozens of educators who received layoff notices in the spring are being offered their jobs back. The Cleveland Teachers Union confirmed that 31 teachers have been given recall notices. This recall is in addition to other educators previously offered positions. The district and union are continuing discussions about bringing more staff back. Roughly half of the affected union staff will return for the upcoming school year.
