Level 57 (non-STS) here and my bonus target is 15% of base salary. Does this increase with career progression as you move through the levels or is it pretty much fixed until Level 60-61?

On the legacy green side we had a set salary and 20% bonus. That 20% was paid 5% in each quarter, so it was basically an even distribution of income. When we moved over to Blue they indicated we would conform to the Blue bonus and base salary. My understanding at least was that that also meant the distribution of salary and bonus. Probably most would prefer to have an even distribution of income like they were used too. The tax rate is also higher on bonuses.
Why would you want a lower target bonus percentage?

Are you saying that not all 58's, have a target bonus of 20%? Some have higher salary and lower bonus percentage? I thought it was the same for everybody.
I’m a level 57 legacy Blue. My $ bonus was converted to a 16% when the ABO change happened. I got 100% of it and a 3% raise for meets expectations. I was told that my meets was meets and sometimes exceeds.
On Blue side what is the typical bonus payout as a percentage of the funded amount (105.7% this year) if you get 'Meets Expectations' or 'Exceeds Expectations'? Any managers know?
Breaking news, Noodles is still pondering which decision he will flip flop on next.

@luqj+1kxQOSUt also a legacy green 58 here. You mean to say you want to move to a lower percent with a higher base?
This unfortunately varies now, so much for One Schwab. I am a 58 with a 20% bonus because I’m legacy green. I hate it and want to move to a lower percent…
It progresses at 60
@dohr+1kxQOSUt didn't you see Crawford's email? Corporate funding for bonus pool is at 105%.
We missed on 4th quarter estimates. How does this affect funding of year end bonus pool?
Percentage won't cahnge. But actual amount will provided you get a raise every year.
So I am Job level 58 - I am in STS, and have received approx 14-15% base the last two years. Along with merit increases both years. So as my base went up, my bonus target 14% stayed the same which is expected but had more bonus each year.
