Any job that I apply for goes in "Under Review". Hoping someone can provide clarity what does that mean? Thanks in advance.

Mine says under review even after I interview for jobs, I would love to understand that
It means your resume is under review. They may take any amount of time to review. After which, the status should update to "No longer under consideration" or something similar. Or something to the effect of "under consideration" in which case someone would reach out to you for an interview.
Recruiters are using software to check your resume against the job’s qualifications.
They all say that now immediately once you apply for a job. it means just that they are “under review”
