It just appears more and more concerning to me... Many great talents but the management team is really running it to the ground.

No. KitchenAid portables and Insinkerator might survive. The newer plants and whatever tangible assets are left will be sold off. If the campuses aren’t already in a lease-back situation, may be sold. The brands will probably be licensed to Midea or another global company with aspirations to enter the US market or enlarge their global footprint.
