It's been nearly two decades since I last interviewed. I'm thrilled and terrified at the same time.

I’m going to be interviewing for the first time in 15 years ( once I get an interview). It’s sad to think how content I felt at US Bank for most of that time. It’s a shame some of us loyal, devoted employees have been driven to this.

@OP coming from a different board. I’m in the same spot, but have been interviewing plenty lately. Note there’s plenty of YouTube videos out there to peruse for any and all concerns. LinkedIn has interview simulations as well.
