Probably that if you get put on MLRP on your 5th year with the company because of an NI, you are in sudden death mode until your 9th year with the company.

Minor correction: it’s two MLRP in 5 years. If you get NI in the first 5 years of employment, you get put on MLRP. Second one, now up to 9 years of employment gets you booted.
