Carmel Indiana affected. I was told TCC will be taking it. If I have the option do I stay, or look elsewhere. I’m horrified, and feel like I have no idea what to do.

I’ve worked at both. Now at Cellular Sales side.. Anyone who tells you TCC is awful - is wrong. It’s the same job you have now, benefits are slightly less, but your room for total pay is higher.
Cellular Sales has the higher scale, if you have those around you and consistently hit your numbers. Check out Csoki. Don’t be scared - be prepared.
Run as far as you can from TCC. The pay is horrible and the culture is worse. Unless you are or were the busiest store in your area you will make no way. Coming from someone who was the #1 in my terrify for months on end and I had to get a second job to make ends meet. Not worth it.
TCC is one of the better indirects
You get severance either way. Stay on but actively look to get out of retail telecom. It doesn’t have much life left.
tough call. AI says you can't collect unemployment in IN. until your severance runs out. At least that's one of the better indirects to make money at I heard.
Take the severance. Spend a couple weeks with family and taking care of yourself. Then get back out there. There is life beyond this once great company. Verizon is cooked.
