Cost savings replacing Stinkey with AI

We can replace Stankey for around 5k, and save the company $30 million+ per year. This doesn’t even include stock losses this dum--ss boomer has caused.

We give AI The Handmaid’s Tale, Elon’s annotated version of Mein Kampf, and tell it to always make the d-mbest decision possible. Abracadabra, we’ve replaced John Stankey and saved the company 30 mil a year.

@ew "You anti-rto have shot any chance at hybrid. You 8 and skate are why they track presence and work day activities."

Sorry, but the tracking was happening at the same time as the RTO announcement. Tracking did not follow 5xRTO. Initially, they were only using badge swipes for tracking but then they refined and added the wifi connections. The goal has ALWAYS been to get rid of employees. He never really cared about who he got rid of though his target was publicly stated as being those over 50. However, he did not create a culture or environment that is desired by the younger folks. In fact, he did just the opposite.
Further, this is not a new Stank strategy . . . this is the only thing Stank knows. He has never been able to grow revenue at any company or organization he has managed. He ki-led TW revenue while he was there, so much so that every major decision he made was reversed when he moved on.
There is no employee to blame except Stank. He has been a party to every major decision over the last 15 years and they have all been bad decisions. If there are "lousy slobs" here then it is the responsibility of the their manager to change that situation.

sorry. Stank is a leech but the employees have been the demise of AT&T. Not everyone, but there are some really lousy slobs here who have ruined things for the everybody else. You anti-rto have shot any chance at hybrid. You 8 and skate are why they track presence and work day activities. I know for a fact that some of you run your side gigs on company time.

Stankey has a plan. He needs to shed bodies. They used to care about who and why. Now, with FTW relos and salary based cuts, high performers are the new "dead weight". The irony is that the 20 somethings think its because AT&T values their new ideas. Ya'll keep using the AI that the smart guys created with their intelligence baked in. Doesn't that sting to know that they don't even trust you to think on your own?

By all means, blame the 'agist-slur' CEO.
