I'm documenting everything and training two new hires. Either I'm getting promoted or I'm getting fired.

If it is not crystal clear, they have chosen to invest in India, not you, and not in America… IMO
Update your resume. Training new hires usually doesn't end well.
@OP Train them poorly, you're gonna get fired no matter what so why give them all your skills and knowledge?. Fu-k them. let them figure it out. You are not getting promoted.
