The more diversity checkbox’s you can tic off, the more your bonus and raise will be. Everyone knows that.

Years ago on aml, getting a two was common, especially those who actually did work and went way above and beyond. Now hou have to be a boooot li---r and basically ki$$ but to even be considered a 2. And even if you ask your manager how to be a 2, you will
Never get a straight answer. You have to exceed your goals and do the job of three people, is what you have to do…

I just ranked a 2 but the comp rewards are not released until next week for my team.
If the $ is not there, then for the future neither will I be.

I got less than 2% raise and not a penny for bonus 2 years in a row. Worked my tail off. Don't expect much ever.

Unionizing would help level the playing field. Large fines is Citi’s mantra. Time after time after time, large payouts via fines. Now on the cusp are law suites from internal employees from different fronts.
If you're looking for a place where you can feel like you're part of something special, this isn't it. There are better companies out there - the ones that you won't have to feel ashamed admitting you work for due to their history.

My magic 8 ball says it is cloudy and try again later.
I find that every time Citi has to pay out large fines or gives away large sums of money, then the employees suffer.
Not Jane, but the commoners.
I never expect more than a 2% increase and no bonus. Some years I am surprised with a small bonus and maybe a 2.5% increase.

LMAO!!!!! Its not funny but rather tragic but I laugh to keep from crying. If your role cost money, then a big NO, don’t expect more than a 1-2% raise…….IF you are lucky.

I really don’t know. With my management, Ive come to not expect anything. The rules change every few months and what they expect changes every few months. My take is as long as I still collect a paycheck Im ok without a raise.
