The anxiety produced by the uncertainty of whether I will be cut or not is perhaps even worse than the layoff itself. I don't trust the manager at all when he tries to relax the atmosphere. I can't focus on work and I wonder how the rest of you deal with this uncertainty?

Welcome to the real world of tech after a fairly comfortable ride we all had at AWS. I dusted off my resume weeks ago. Sad, as I really love this company and its culture. Well, up to now, I guess.
