If, after all this, Monday comes and I find out I got refused, I think I'm just going to up and quit. I can't handle the mind games this place has been playing with us for months. I guess that could've been their goal, and I hate to say it, but it worked on me. I'm leaving one way or another.

@a2 I came from another MCO. It's the same at all of them. Caseloads near 100 and nonstop work. Just beware if you go to another, it's the exact same.
@ah I agree. Everyone who accepted the VSP has there reasons as to why. It would not make sense to deny someone's VSP, especially if the company is looking to save money and that will only result in a disgruntled employee. If they wanted more focused layoffs, it wouldn't have gone out to 61,000 employees company wide.

I feel everyone that applied for VSP will be approved as there is too much risk involved. If a person applied it is because they are done with this chapter and ready to move. If they are denied, the employee will be unhappy and will never work the same, if they are then laid off, they can initiate a lawsuit. Seems to me it is a company decision that has to lead to less risks possible therefore, all who applied should be accepted, if we think about this logically
Same! CM here as well! No matter how much then send our way, you can only get so much done in 8 hours period and that is all I am giving!!!!
@OP same! I’m a CM with an ever growing list of tasks to do. Close one file and 100 more behind it with more being asked of us every day. I’m sure it’ll be the same at another MCO but I need to pivot.
