Why does Uncon have such terrible reputation?

This is a mix of issues. Now you add in pioneer with politics over riding real accountability, you fill in the blank.
Then the same old issues. Pds, gaps in accountability of DOAG. No real goals or leadership. Then add XTO people who really weren't meant to lead from their early days.
Longevity isnt necessarily something that needs to be rewarded or just being a yes man.
I would take all of this in and head out. Create your own company. Your own service company. This is beyond toxic and there is no help in sight.
Mainly because the arrogant people from XOM hate XTO people so they have slowly been pushing them out, and the XOM people are incompetent and don’t know how to run a business. The end result is the sh*tshow we are now experiencing. Trying to run everything like it’s a refinery and making it almost impossible for people to do their job will continue to drive Uncon down.
Bad leadership, zero uncon experience. Maybe LinkedIn Post expertise and bs during town-hall
