How many reps here have gone through Nabisco Core Mastery Program?
I have to much respect for my work, I’m not going through this one!

I literally tell the store managers, that ask for extra displays, to give them to other companies. Our team is so short staffed and the few that are left are worthless to the point they can't maintain them even when you leave instructions to do so. Can't even get the shelf filled correctly anymore.
I was a sales rep and I ended up taking the ftow roll for some personal reasons and I desperately needed to keep the job. Like I said, this was for personal reasons. But anyway, one week into this mission one stuff, I haven’t seen my sales rep, almost all of my stores haven’t seen him either. He hardly leaves any notes and if he does, it’s basic information and doesn’t mention anything store specific. So this is just great that they are paying a MIA sales rep.
Yeah, unfortunately due to my good working relationship with store managers, they still keep coming to me and ask ME for extra displays. I don't want them. I order the product, then the merchandisers have 1 excuse after another as to why it did not get built. I'm humiliated and embarrassed every day I work here due to mass incompetence. These people cannot even fill the shelf, you think they can build displays???😳
I mean I've sold in countless non-scripted displays in my accounts when we actually used to have time to do our jobs. Now, all we are scheduled to do is throw cases and because of that I no longer sell above plan anymore.
why do you call youself a sales rep? What do you sell, all displays are done at corporate and promotions. you are just someone the store can complain to about poor service and out of stocks.
I've never worked for a company that acts disgusted for the fact you want to work for them like this one. It's like you get less respect the better worker you are here.
