Vaccine Class Action Suit

Rumor has it that former unvaccinated Citi employees are going to file a class action suit.
Has anyone heard about this?
I couldn't find anything about it online.

Let's see what happens with Disney. The class action suit against them is gaining more people by the day, as the new CEO is trying to force people back into the office at least 4 days a week. I smell a settlement coming in that one to make it go away. A competent CEO will set the precedent, I think.

The Pentagon just retracted the vaccine as a mandatory requirement for the military. The requirement by everyone is being dropped fast often followed with “let’s just move onward and not look backward any. You know let’s just not talk about it anymore.”

All the verbiage to keep you from focusing on suing.

New class action suits are popping up everyday, It's only a matter of time before Citi has to answer for their lies and motives.

How many were let go you ask?
All it takes is 1 to win a law suit for millions for which Citi will see very soon.
Citi wanted to be one of the first to mandate it really bad, now Citi will be one of the first to be sued after the fact.

Does anybody have an idea of how many employees were let go because of the mandate? I know they gave a ton of exemptions, then claimed 99% compliance...lol. From what've heard the lawsuits are coming.

I believe they thought all the other companies would follow and the payoff from pharma stock prices would be huge for all the rich as-----s. When a company is in bed with the government like this one is, this kind of sh-t happens, and freedom loses. There is absolutely no logical reason for this company to continue with the vaccine mandate, other than a money grab (or they're scared of the lawsuits). You're telling me that somebody who recd the vaccine when it first came out is within compliance, even though, per everybody the vaccine they recd back then has absolutely no effectiveness at this point.

It wasn’t a Citi decision, it was a bully tactic. Get this vaccine “or else”. Citi took such great pride in being one of the first ones to make this a requirement as proof they are on the cutting edge and leaders of the sector, now its all falling apart.

Lots of lawsuits in process for other companies. As soon as those dominos start falling, former Citi employees will get theirs. I hope Citi pays big time for that stupid decision.

other financial firms such as JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America have taken steps to encourage workers to get their shots, only Citi has gone so far as to make it a requirement for employment. Now there are studies being conducted based off of a pattern being noted. Ages 50+ for males are experiencing joint issue after the second vaccinations. Issues such as subacromial bursitis, rotator cuff tendinitis, and glenohumeral arthritis.

Can see two lawsuits unfolding. One for terminated employees for not getting it and one for employees that did, out of fear of termination (bully tactic) who are now suffering the side effects.
