Its pretty obvious they're only keeping a few sales reps around to train the ftow's this year. Next year there won't be any sales reps.

Idk the point. You either have it or you don’t. There’s a reason we got promoted to reps.
My ftow just orders product when it’s empty. It makes it easy to throw the load, but I just shake my head.
You think we have to wait another year for this sh-t show to end???
Yeah, I could quit, I don't want to. I want this slimy company to give me the boot. Quitting would be too easy for them.
I'm just gonna work slower and slower, write smaller orders, and do the same job the merchandisers do.
